Why X rays Are Critical for Mid Back Pain | Chiropractor for Back Pain in Sun Prairie, WI

Hi, I’m Dr. Jonathan Pinnow from Noble Choice Chiropractic. Today we’re talking about why X rays are so important when we’re looking at the back pain.

What X rays Tell Us About Mid Back Pain

You see, everyone who comes into our office goes through a thorough history and exam orthopedic testing. But then X rays are also a part of it, because we need to see foundationally, where your spine is how everything looks in order to get the full picture, and address everything correctly. And so if you have a nice normal curve in through the thoracic spine, perfect, if we’re starting to see a change, where the thoracic spine is coming forward, we start seeing the head coming forward. That’s like that desk posture you have at work, then we have something else we need to work on from there. And so wherever our starting point is, X rays are foundational to knowing where we’re going to start and how we’re going to get back to normal. And so if we see something like this, where postures changing, we’re going forward. We’ll give you recommendations for any office, but then we’ll give you tools to use at home to help change this posture, get you back into normal so that you’re living your best life. Everything’s functioning as it should going forward.

So if you have any questions about mid back pain, please reach out. We’d love to help you get back to doing all the things that you love going forward. Thank you!

Noble Choice Chiropractic

Noble Choice Chiropractic was founded in 2013 by Drs. Jonathon and Steph Pinnow. “Noble” is a nod to Dr. Steph’s maiden name because, as Dr. Steph puts it, “I worked too hard throughout school as a Noble to leave my roots in the dust”. Both Doctors firmly believe that participation in one’s own health is a choice, therefore Noble Choice Chiropractic was born.
