Dr. Steph Pinnow

Dr. Steph has wanted to be a chiropractor since she was 17 years old. She interviewed her mother’s chiropractor for one hour and left the office that day, proudly stating “I know what I want to do for the rest of my life”. She never looked back.

Dr. Steph attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse after high school. She double majored in Biology and Spanish and was able to study abroad in Spain for a summer. After graduating from UWL, she called Bloomington, Minnesota her home for 3.5 years while she attended Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr. Steph brought home to Wisconsin her Doctorate of Chiropractic and her husband, Dr. Jonathon.

Dr. Jonathon Pinnow

Dr. Jonathon grew up in Minot, North Dakota with his family of five. Dr. Jonathon became very interested in chiropractic after suffering a whiplash injury due to a car accident in high school. After receiving chiropractic care, he was able to return to football and an active lifestyle within weeks of the accident. After witnessing chiropractic himself and seeing his mother benefit from chiropractic, he knew that he wanted to help others through chiropractic.

Victoria: Office Manager

Victoria has been with Noble Choice Chiropractic since February of 2019 and currently lives in Marshall, WI with her fiancé Tristan and 2 cats (Phineas and Ferb). In her free time, Victoria enjoys playing volleyball, snowmobiling, and gardening. A fun fact about Victoria is that she milked cows at a local dairy farm for 5 years before working at Noble Choice Chiropractic.

Sheryl: Front Desk Assistant

An extremely challenging health issue 10 years ago opened Sheryl’s eyes to the importance of chiropractic care, and she is excited to join the staff at Noble Choice Chiropractic on a part-time basis to support others in their health journey! Sheryl resides in Sun Prairie with her husband and two daughters, who are her top priority, along with her faith. She enjoys sports—especially volleyball—and values being productive, achieving goals and developing meaningful relationships with people. Sheryl has built a Mary Kay business for the past 30 years and loves every second of it! When she is helping others live their best and healthiest life, Sheryl is definitely in her joy zone!

Katie: Chiropractic Technician

Katie has been a licensed Chiropractic Technician since 2015 and a Laser Specialist since 2022. Her passion is helping patients live their lives to the fullest through Chiropractic care. She and her husband just moved back to the Westport area after buying their first house and welcomed a baby boy in October of 2024!

When she’s not working, you can find her snuggling her son, outside playing with her two Standard Poodles, Jack and Ginny, or getting her hands dirty in her garden! She loves swimming, snuggling up with a book, traveling outside the country and cooking new recipes.

Morginne: Chiropractic Technician

Morginne is currently a student at UW-Whitewater, studying Human Movement and Kinesiology, with plans to pursue a career in Chiropractic. Passionate about health and wellness, Morginne is dedicated in helping others be the best they can be! Outside of academics, she has a deep love for music and spending time with family and friends. Besides being a self-proclaimed cooking and baking enthusiast, Morginne also enjoys being outdoors hiking and exploring nature. Always eager to learn and grow, Morginne is driven by a desire to make a positive impact both personally and professionally.

Lizzie: Chiropractic Technician

Lizzie is very passionate about health. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Genetics. After college, Lizzie wanted to explore more into the chiropractic and naturopathic fields. She started at Noble Choice Chiropractic in July 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, golfing, and cooking.
