Hi, it’s Dr. Jonathon Pinnow, your chiropractor for better posture in Sun Prairie, WI. And today, we’re gonna go over what we do in the office here for chiropractic posture correction.
Chiropractic Adjustments for Posture in Sun Prairie, WI
There’s really three big things that we do, and it all starts with a chiropractic adjustment.
The spine has to be moving. It has to be pliable if you think you’re gonna be able to make changes. So when you have that spine locked up, it’s degenerating, it’s getting tight and locked. That’s something that we’ve gotta go in with the adjustment, find specifically where it’s locked up, and get the joints moving again properly.

The second thing then is that once the spine’s moving properly, all of the supporting musculature, soft tissue around it needs to be taken into consideration, and that’s where we’re gonna give you exercises to do at home.
You see, we sit down, we create a specific plan for you based on what’s going on. And we’ll give you exercises. Whether we’re strengthening an area, we’re stretching an area, we’re gonna go through that plan with you to make sure it’s taken care of.

And the third thing is we’re gonna send you home with things to work on. So whether we’re gonna send you home with a traction unit to help, we’re gonna send you home with any little things, tips to do, change your desk, change how you’re sitting, whatever posture needs to be taken care of in that position, we’re gonna do from there.
So to recap, the chiropractic adjustment, most important, ’cause everything’s gotta be moving in order to make the changes, which then we do exercises to help support. And then the third thing is home care, whether it’s a traction unit or whether it’s changing what’s putting you into bad posture to start with.
We’ve gotta change that. So it’s a whole synergistic approach. That’s how we help with posture here at Noble Choice Chiropractic. I’m excited to help you with posture. And if you have any questions, just give us a call.
